It is saddening, and frightening, to realize that our elected officials are unwittingly, or willfully, ignorant of what this refusal to assimilate means in the context of the clear directives of the Quran, Sunnah, and ahadith of Islam, and therefore look askance of the threat in the folly of political correctness.
